Our Services

At SSOR, we engineer and design custom engine swap solutions for builders who expect their parts to fit, work, and hold up. We specialize in repowering vehicles with Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L engines and Chevy LS-based platforms, for everything from daily-driven work trucks to competition builds and high-end show trucks. This is not hobby-level stuff. We build parts for people who use their trucks hard and don’t have time for shortcuts. Most swap kits are designed on a bench. Ours are designed on trucks. That means real chassis, real clearances, real problems—and real solutions. We don’t sell generic, one-size-fits-all parts. Every component is engineered around actual vehicles and real-world installs. If it doesn’t solve a problem you run into during a swap, we don’t build it.

All SSOR parts are:

  • Designed in-house using current SolidWorks software
  • CNC laser cut, CNC press brake formed, or CNC machined
  • Professionally fabricated for strength, accuracy, and clean fitment

We do not rely on rough plasma cuts or “good enough” welds. Our parts are built with tight tolerances, clean edges, and proper weld quality. The difference is obvious the first time you bolt them on. Our components are engineered to be structurally strong and visually clean. They are just as at home in a show-quality engine bay as they are in a mud-covered construction truck. No compromise on strength. No compromise on appearance. Before any product is released, it is thoroughly tested.

Our designs are proven in:

  • daily-driven work trucks
  • heavy-use commercial applications
  • and competition environments where failure is not an option

We have thousands of customers running SSOR parts in real-world conditions every day.

Our mindset is simple: If we wouldn’t run it in our own truck, we won’t sell it.

Custom Tools for Diesel Professionals

In addition to swap components, SSOR designs and builds custom tools specifically for diesel shop owners and professional builders. These are not homeowner tools and not light-duty fixtures. They are built for shops that work on heavy engines and make their living in the bay.

Our tool lineup includes:

  • Heavy-duty hydraulic presses
  • Diesel engine stands
  • Purpose-built shop fixtures and tooling

These tools are engineered to handle real diesel weight, real torque, and real daily abuse. If you run a diesel shop, you already know—weak tools waste time and cost money. Ours are built to work.

Why Our Parts Cost More

We get this question. And we’re not shy about the answer. SSOR parts cost more because they are engineered, not guessed at.

We invest in:

  • real design time in SolidWorks
  • CNC laser cutting instead of plasma
  • proper press brake forming instead of hammer work
  • accurate machining instead of “close enough”
  • clean, consistent weld quality instead of rushed production

We design on trucks, not on benches. We test before we sell. We build for people who don’t have time to rework parts. Cheap parts are cheap for a reason. Our parts are built to save you time, frustration, and downtime. If you’re shopping by price alone, we are probably not your company. If you’re building a truck that needs to work—and look right doing it—you’re in the right place.

Who We Build For

SSOR products are built for:

  • Diesel shop owners
  • Professional builders
  • Serious DIY swappers
  • Contractors and working truck owners

If you need parts that fit right, look right, and don’t fail when the truck is working, you’re in the right place. Whether you’re planning a Cummins swap, LS repower, or full custom build, SSOR provides solutions that are designed, fabricated, tested, and proven in the real world.
